This cork mat and cork blocks are great!! It’s thick and helps absorb shock from jumps to save the knees, hands, and ankles. I have wrist and hand problems and have troubles with downward dog and planks. The mat helps with not straining so much.The length helps for wide stances, lunges, and side skates. Overall I’m in love with the cork mat and cork blocks . The eight piece set is perfect and I use it in all of my workouts and I’ve never felt better working out.

This is one heavy-duty solid mat. The mat on the bottom is dense and feels extremely firm with all my poses, yet the top layer of cork gives in just the right amount and in just the right way. I feel much more grounded when using the mat compared to my foam mat, and no more slipping. The cork blocks are perfect. The blocks are solid, and do not collapse under weight like some other blocks. I have knee and ankle problems and have troubles with downward dog and planks. The mat helps with not straining so much.The length helps for the longer positions and poses. Overall I’m in love with the cork mat and cork blocks . The eight piece set is perfect and I use it in all of my workouts and I’ve never felt better working out. The yoga towel matches and the yoga strap is the good one because it has the loops for different lengths and positions. Carrying bag for each comes in handy. P.S. Keep the box it came in, its perfect for transporting all the items.
