I have two versions of this product. While this is the more expensive, it is much more attractive, I will feel good about giving this as a gift to my boyfriend’s non-yogi, yet athletic, sister. Furthermore, it comes with an excellent instruction sheet with a hot guy demonstrating poses other than the flop backward pose that I use with mine. Apparently, wheels can be utilized to deepen your lunges, and as an assist for shoulder stand, crows, triangle as well as a child’s pose-esque shoulder stretch. Did I mention the hot model?

Pros:1. Friendly and prompt customer service.2. Great cushion if you only plan to use this wheel for rolling around on your back.3. Has a good weight to it.4. Good affordable price.Cons:1. The yoga wheel mat is too thick and is not great for standing on or balancing poses. It will wobble and topple over and could lead to injury.2. The mat seam was not initially smooth and made me assume the product was of poor quality, but I later found out I was able to pinch the mat seam area to even it out.3. The grips on the side of the wheel are not friendly on the hands when laying the wheel on its side to do stationary hand stand variety moves.4. This yoga wheel mat seems more slippery than other brands such as Dharma, Plexus, and Wing.Overall, if you’re just looking for a back opener this might be helpful, but if you’re looking for a yoga wheel to do tricks with and use for a variety of poses then this is probably not the wheel for you.

Its a nice wheel, worth the money. However, I was not impressed by the videos online or print out of poses… neither advise you on how to get in and out of the poses safely. They just show you what is possible to do with the wheel. Mentioning the Printed Guide & Online videos in the feature make it sound like its a great add on or resources…its not a benefit in my opinion.
