   I recently joined a hot yoga studio and instantly fell in love. I didn’t realize I could sweat so much, and unfortunately, all the puddles and drips were starting to interfere with my ability to grip the mat. I knew I needed a towel or something, which lead me here.This towel was a steal. It was the only affordable one that I could find that was pretty and had the corner grips for the mat. Not only is the color palette amazing, but it actually works! The towel provides a grippy surface so I don’t slide into plank while in down dog. I will say that is it slippery at first until you build up a sweat, but as long as you spray the towel first a bit, you’ll get a nice surface to work on.The best feature is really the corner pockets. This keeps the towel from slipping off the mat or going crooked. Now if only my mat itself didn’t slide around on the floor… I think it’s time to upgrade that next.This towel is also easy to clean – I just threw it in the washing machine, and it came out fresh and just as colorful as before. For anyone getting into hot yoga, I’d definitely recommend this as an alternative to an expensive hot yoga mat.

   It is amazingly grippy. My hands and feet don’t slide at all. AT ALL. I have two other types of yoga towel I bought off of Amazon (Shandali Hot Yoga Towel Stickyfiber Yoga Towel and Heathyoga Non Slip Yoga Towel), and neither is as grippy as this one. Another bonus–this was cheaper than the two others as well. This does slide on the mat a bit, but the corner pockets help. Ran it through the dryer because I’m too impatient to hang dry and it was fine, albeit, I didn’t wash/dry with anything that could snag it.Overall, very pleased and looking forward to buying another one eventually.

   I was SO pleasantly surprised with this yoga towel! The tie dye pattern is awesome and not printed on so actual tie dye. The all around quality seems to be pretty great too – nice durable seams & tightly woven microfiber. Only thing is it was too long and wide for my mat – it wasn’t bothersome or noticeable really, I just folded the extra fabric under the edge of the mat.I actually needed a new mat anyways so I ordered one with the same dimensions on here for $16!
